BETTER TOGETHER: Bridging the Generational Gap

The theme of this year’s Summit is, BETTER TOGETHER: Bridging the Generational Gap.  We all understand that when we mix the different strengths and perspectives of younger and older generations, we gain the benefits of age-diversity like knowledge expertise, new ideas and innovation. It's not rocket science, but it's not automatic and requires a little finesse, training, and a "meeting of the minds". Organizations, groups and industries are all working to break the code on how to get the most from our collaborations with older and younger populations. We need an intervention!
