The theme of this year’s Summit is, BETTER TOGETHER: Bridging the Generational Gap. We all understand that when we mix the different strengths and perspectives of younger and older generations, we gain the benefits of age-diversity like knowledge expertise, new ideas and innovation. Kristin specializes in decoding the generational enigma and leads organizations in methods to recruit top talent and redefine workplace dynamics to foster collaboration across generations. After researching generations as a Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville for 17+ years, she helps to lead her clients through the generational tapestry, equipping teams with the knowledge to thrive together. Kristin has spent the past eight years delivering Keynote Speeches on Generational Diversity and has worked with clients across 26 industries in 42 states and three countries for over 350 companies and 160+ conferences. Attendees will be inspired, motivated, and equipped to reimagine their future and reign in their area of influence.
